Giving Away Millions And Blogging

So, we are always creating fresh, unique content to update our blogs, right? SEO, backlinks, email lists, guest posting…a mountain of material. So why would I talk about a couple of senior citizens who gave away millions they won in a lottery? I will tell you why. I mean, you didn’t think I was going to stop there did you?

My whole philosophy behind this blog is to help others and Pay It Forward. I was taken in by so many fraudsters when I first started it makes my stomach turn. Ok, so I bought into it, but I was gonna be rich in 2 days! Not really, but it was nice to dream. Once I really put my nose to the grind and began to understand the processes that are needed achieve success, it came to me. I do not want other beginners to make these mistakes and be misguided. I don;t want to see people spending money on worthless junk and hype. So PIF is not a new concept, but it doesn’t matter. I grabbed on to it and it is my mission statement.

So in reading about this elderly couple who won 11 million dollars and gave it all away, I was obviously touched by their deed. Not to mention the woman has been battling cancer. They decided that it was best served other places. They Paid It Forward. I can’t give away millions, heck, I can’t give away hundreds, but you best believe that I will give away knowledge. Anything I have learned and grown from, I will pass onto you. It’s what I have to give right now and if it helps make you a better blogger, a profit or just a tip to implement, then I am happy.

This blogging community is really something special and so many people have helped me along the way. I am in good company and so are you. I can tell you that if you are just starting out, reach out to experienced bloggers and ask questions. No one will turn you away and if they do, they are NOT a part of this , pay it forwardcommunity. In 2011 I am going to make every effort to seek out new bloggers everyday and compliment something great that they are doing. Positive feedback is a huge motivator out here in the blogosphere and we all need it, whether you are an A-lister or just getting started today.
